A Luxury Investment, E-commerce and Retail company based in the City of London is seeking an Administration Assistant. The successful applicant will possess strong administration skills for this varied and interesting role. They must also possess good customer relations and communication skills; it is also important to be able to work within a team as well as independently. This role is paying up to £22,000 plus benefits to start with and is based 5 days a week at the company's office in central London. The role offers great progression opportunities as the company is growing rapidly following a period of sustained success. Key responsibilities include efficiently answering and directing telephone calls, addressing queries through both phone and email communication, and warmly greeting visitors at the reception. Additionally, you will be operating and updating the database, managing your own diary, and collaborating closely with Co-Founders and the Office Manager. Administration Assistant Irthlingborough, Northants, NN9 Part Time Our client is one of the world's leading manufacturers of air and gas compressors, vacuum pumps and gas boosters. They are looking for a motivated individual to join their team in a Part Time Administration Role of around 16-24 hours per week with flexible working. The role would see the individual processing Purchase Invoices to be passed for payment, raising queries against invoices unable to be passed to the Purchasing team and supporting the department in general administrative duties as required. Admin work for other departments may also be required on an Ad-hoc basis. The suitable individual will be competent in the use of Microsoft Office and an understanding of stock control database systems would be advantageous. You will be an experienced administrator, ideally with some payroll knowledge but essentially a desire to learn and develop your payroll capability.
