If you have previous secretarial or administration experience this could be for you! Are you able to draft simple correspondence unsupervised documents and correspondence as and when required? Are you capable of filling in Legal forms, able to prepare board minutes and resolutions under supervision? Maintain files (both electronic and hard files) in an efficient manner? Are you confident to communicate at senior levels and across the company in a professional and friendly way, with excellent interpersonal skills and willing to develop a good rapport with all the members of the team, who are very busy but very friendly too! Organisation is huge part of this administrative role and to have an eye for detail under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. Confidently is a very big part of this role and managing accounts and money laundering duties associated with client files being a legal firm.
