We are currently recruiting for a Claims Adjuster on behalf of our client, one of the leading Lloyd's Syndicates in the London Market.
The successful candidate will predominantly handle claims generated from the Casualty account, with a focus on General Liability claims, but will also potentially be involved in D&O claims.
Understand Insurance Industry and claims handling.
Manage an allocation of low value claims.
Take Individual Ownership whilst also working as a team to monitor Key Client Outcomes and taking appropriate action as required, to deliver pre-defined service standards.
As a Disrepair and Damp & Mould Surveyor, you'll provide expert technical services to ensure structural repairs, statutory nuisance issues, and insurance claims are handled swiftly and professionally.
You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact by managing disrepair cases, conducting inspections, and working with tenants, legal teams, and contractors to resolve complex issues.

Currently this client is in need of an experienced Maintenance Surveyor with a successful track record working within the Housing sector to join our newly formed Repairs and Maintenance team.

The main objective for this council is to improve the living conditions for residents across the borough.
Our Client has been established for over 150 years, and is passionate about the products they offer to their members (customers).
Please note, this is based on a slight shift rota - so you could start between 9 - 10 in the morning, and finish between 5 - 6 in the evening, plus you will be required to work at least one Saturday per month (with a day off in the week).
These products become even more popular in the lead up to Christmas, and for that reason, they have to increase the number of staff within their Member Services team by 35 - 50 each year - just to deal with the sheer volume of orders coming in.
