The successful Field Service Engineer will be responding to a variety of service call outs, completing fault finding & diagnosis on site, regular servicing of automatic pedestrian doors and participating in new system installs & updates.

The role of a Service Engineer is extremely varied, on a daily basis you will be responding to a variety of service call outs, completing fault finding & diagnosis on site, regular servicing of automatic pedestrian doors and participating in new system installs & updates.
Through full training and continuous coaching inhouse you will be given full in-depth FCA regulated industry knowledge and have all the tools necessary to help you personally grow your career with the business and service our customers with all complex queries.

Responding to Customer Queries about their insurance policies via phone, email and webchat.
