We are looking for and Assistant Manager on behalf of our client to be responsible the efficient and effective running of a 90-acre country estate in Worcestershire.
Working closely with the Head Gardener and the owner, the Assistant Manager is responsible for overall planning and scheduling, finance and general administration as well as the organisation of garden visits.

A field based position to manage a mixed portfolio of claims to include domestic, commercial & agricultural - claims typically up to £150,000
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the general property productivity targets through effective planning and organization of personal workload.
Manage the maintenance of Client relationships through management and delivery of SLA's and achievement of KPI's, in addition to proactive Client and Broker interaction to assist in efficient claims handling and business development opportunities.

The team are involved in a wide variety of work including land management, natural capital, leisure and tourism, landlord & tenant, farm and estate strategic reviews and renewables.
As a Land Drainage Worker/Tractor Operator you will operate a tractor mounted flail mower during the months of August through to October, and undertake general land drainage duties for the rest of the year.
The Board own a fleet of modern tractors with Herder flail mowing equipment so previous tractor driving experience is essential.
Standard hours are 38 hours per week, but overtime up to 72 hours per week is expected during the cutting season.
