Proactively calling candidates to ascertain availability, targeting suitable candidates for priority shifts, and building the pipeline by encouraging candidates to upload future availability. Providing clients with regular updates on the progress of priority shifts Ensure maintenance of accurate records of workers, correctly recording all interactions on a database. Checking and replying to emails sent to the Bookings inbox in a timely manner Maintaining a sound knowledge of available candidates' skills and experience and the expectations of trust management What is in it for you?
