Accounts Assistant Full Time, Permanent, Bristol (Hybrid remote) £23,500 - £25,000 The role would be perfect for someone with a high attention to detail and great communication skills with the ability to confidently deal with queries. Experience in an accounts role would be a bonus or a degree in a relevant field. What You'll Do Raising sales invoices to clients Daily receipts allocation Credit Control Raising and processing invoices Prepare weekly and monthly payments run Effectively handle candidate, client, and supplier enquiries by phone and emails Accurate and efficient data entry Maintain accurate and up to date spreadsheets Assist with posting of staff expenses each month Skills and Experience Previous experience within a transactional accounts finance position or similar OR a graduate in accounting/finance degree. Strong communication skills and comfortable dealing with queries over the phone and email MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables & V-Lookups etc.) Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work as part of a collaborative team Open to learning and progressing with an interest in finance If you are interested in this role, please apply below or send your CV to
