Our client is a luxurious retailer based in Weybridge who are looking for a reliable and organised bookkeeper who can seamlessly manage the financial transactions and support the FD.
Please be aware that this role is initially 5 days a week in the office whist in probation then dropping down to 4.
As the Account Assistant, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring efficient sales processing, customer communication, accounting and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, and excellent communication skills.
Responsible for managing all financial transactions within a law firm, the Legal Cashier will be ensuring compliance with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Accounts Rules and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
Processing client account payments and receipts in accordance with SRA Accounts Rules.
Ensuring client money is handled correctly and transferred according to legal guidelines.

This role is part time 15-20 hours per week across 3-4 days.
