You will be working under the direct instruction of teaching/senior staff to support access to learning for pupils and provide general support in the classroom management. This role is crucial in developing and improving the learning for children who require a nurturing approach to achieve the best possible outcomes. Day to day of the role: Supervise and support pupils, ensuring their safety and access to learning. Establish good relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and responding appropriately to individual needs. Encourage pupils to interact and engage in activities led by the teacher.
