Credit Control Manager - Colchester We are seeking a skilled and experienced Credit Control Manager to join this fast-expanding group with a turnover of around £55 million. You will be responsible for managing the credit control function and will be implementing processes and procedures, ensuring timely payments from customers and maintaining accurate financial records. This is a crucial role in the organisation as it directly impacts cash flow and financial stability. Key Duties: Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices Contact key customers via phone, email, or mail to follow up on outstanding payments Resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes with customers Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers regarding payment Collaborate with the stores and sales team to address any credit-related issues with new or existing customers Review credit applications and make recommendations on credit limits for new customers Work towards reducing debtor days Work closely with your finance team to reconcile accounts receivable and resolve any discrepancies Generate reports on accounts receivable aging and provide analysis on overdue accounts The ideal candidate will have... Credit Controller We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join this long-established organisation based in Colchester.
