FULLY REMOTE ROLE WITH ALL LEADS PROVIDED! ROLE PROFILE: Mortgage Adviser for remote accounts, client servicing and web leads Up to £35k basic, OTE £65K, 60-80 leads provided per month. We are looking for several Mortgage Advisers to service introduced leads from a mixture of the following: Web-generated leads, client servicing from an existing back-book of introduced clients, and remote accounts from serviced Estate Agent accounts. Accountabilities: Accountable for servicing leads from the above sources, in the timeframe set for each type, and to follow up until contact made at the specified intervals. Accountable for delivering the agreed minimum performance requirements and standards including overall written performance, conversion, protection penetration, average case size, peripheral sales. Accountable for building strong and effective stakeholder relationships with the accounts designated to them. Accountable for own adherence to processes, and for adhering to compliance guidelines. General responsibilities Respond to leads swiftly and within the set timeframe for each lead type and follow up until contact has been made within set intervals. Work and communicate with other members of the team to ensure that the accounts are covered, especially around holidays/time off. Nurture clients and keep in regular contact until they are able to proceed. Add all leads to the system, and ensure the lead tracker is regularly updated. Attend weekly team meetings for the accounts. Deliver against minimum business expectations across multiple KPI/metrics. Attend weekly team meetings with administrators and support them to get cases through to offer/exchange/completion. Adherence to processes. Ensure that all clients are encouraged to have a protection review and adhere to the protection process. Work together with Protection Adviser, including fortnightly meeting, to ensure all clients have adequate protection, or at least have been advised of their shortfalls You will need to be able to demonstrate an excellent performance record, with proven written and banked figures. Paying correct fees to tight deadlines Reconcile and agree agency invoices Review supplier invoice portal, ensuring that all supplier invoices received have been registered and are posted to Xero. Review supplier accounts, resolve queries, obtain missing invoices, and reconcile to supplier statements periodically.? Ensure all invoices are posted to the purchase ledger efficiently and ready to be paid by their due date. Review, process and pay employee expense reimbursements monthly.
