Our well-established client in Southwest London is looking for a part time, hybrid Office Administrator to support the Office Manager and EA in their busy offices in Wimbledon.
The role will be varied and include - but not limited to general administration - filing, expenses, stationery, monitoring emails, help prepare onboarding documents, booking meeting rooms, generating presentations and spreadsheets ensuring the office is 'ship shape' and running efficiently.
You will be required to work 3 days in the office and 2 from home, 4 hours a day, anytime between 9.30 and 2pm.
