Nigel Wright are currently working with a Durham based organisation seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team on a 12 month contract.
The main duties and responsibilities for this role are
Process purchase invoices matching against purchase order and goods received information to ensure prompt payment in accordance with policy and procedure.
Process other suitably approved non trade supplier payments in an appropriate manner.
The role also involves reviewing accounts and audit assignments and managing a team.
Reporting to a director or partner, you will assist the audit and accounts team in the delivery of year-end accounts and statutory audits for a portfolio of some of the most innovative and exciting clients across our region.
The delivery of your work will be supplemented using cutting-edge technology to enhance efficiencies and client delivery.
This position is suited to a confident and organised individual, who has experience in an accounts receivable position or is eager to develop a career in this area.
