Job Title: Accounts Assistant & Office Administrator Salary: £25k - £30k Location: Central London, Hybrid options Summary: We are representing one of London's most prestigious property management companies. They are looking for someone to join the team in an exciting role dealing with both their accounts and some office administration aspects. There will be some exciting ad hoc projects to be involved in while also getting the opportunity to build/develop your finance knowledge. Responsible for the Prime & Super Prime London markets, our client is looking for a well presented individual to join their team. Ideally you will have some finance experience within real estate and office administration experience too. Key Responsibilities First point of contact for invoice and accounts queries. Assist with accounts receivable and payable. Respond promptly and efficiently, dealing with queries as appropriate. Service Charge billing and recharges for Leaseholders. Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations. Facilitate invoice processes to agreed monthly targets. Onboarding new clients, suppliers, staff, and consultants. Assist Head of Operations in collating information for monthly Board Meetings. Update client purchase ledgers. Analysis of data / cost comparisons. Review expenses. Preparation of spreadsheets. Answering phone calls and greeting clients. General office management duties. Marketing and event assistance. Team member support. Essential Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience in an Accounts role. Minimum 2 years' experience in an office environment. Accounting / mathematical qualifications (desirable). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written, in person and on the phone. Effective organisational capabilities and adept administrative skills. IT literate (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook). Able to meet deadlines and targets. Excellent attention to detail. Maintain confidentiality and discretion of clients and projects.
