As the Accounts Assistant, you'll provide essential administrative and bookkeeping support to the accountant; this is a pivotal role, where you will be expected to support with the Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, and Credit Control, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth financial operations.
Our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their company, an IT & Electrical Contractor based in Loughborough.
The Accounts Assistant is responsible for ensuring all data is produced in a timely fashion as set out by the Finance Manager & Finance Director and will provide support in achieving business targets and approach the directors and heads of departments when identifying and analysing variances.

The prime role of the accounts assistant is providing support to the finance department by the issue of cheques, posting to client accounts, bank reconciliations, online banking, assisting with purchase ledger, reporting and all associated accounts support.

You will need previous accounts experience preference of legal environment though not essential.
Working Pattern: Part Time - 9.30am - 2.30pm Monday - Friday (flexible on hours 20 - 30 negotiable)
