Elevation Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a fantastic business in the Doncaster area as they look to recruit an Assistant Accountant into their team on a full time, permanent basis. Responsibilities: Posting Journals Accruals and Prepayments Supporting with purchase ledger when needed Bank reconciliations Maintaining the fixed asset register and capex management Nominal ledger reconciliations Supporting with the audit Intercompany reconciliations Ad-hoc duties and reporting as required Person Specification: Ideally recently qualified AAT or Finance / Accounting Graduate Sound experience in an all-round accounts role and someone driven for a next step in their career in a role where they can develop over time Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with limited supervision; to make decisions and use own initiative Ability to demonstrate strong IT skills including Excel Excellent listening skills Ability to work within tight deadlines and to manage a number of activities at any one time If you match this criteria and think this could be the role for you then please get in touch!
