A market leading Automotive business are looking to add an Accounts Assistant to their growing finance team in their Burnley office. As the Accounts Assistant, you'll be responsible for performing day to day Accounts Receivable duties, using a high attention to detail to ensure the smooth running of the function. As the Accounts Assistant your responsibilities will include: Reconciling daily bank transactions. Posting bank receipts promptly. Ensuring accuracy in cash balancing calculations. Investigating and addressing cash-related queries raised by the Finance or other departments. Handling remittances and ensuring timely processing. Managing administrative tasks (correspondence, filing, etc.). Maintaining accurate customer records.
