Key Responsibilities: Processing purchase ledger invoices and payments
You will be reporting to the financial controller, main duties will involve:
Account payable duties including entering invoices, checking statements, dealing with supplier queries, organising payment run and maintaining an accurate Aged Creditor report.
Oversee the Purchasing element of the business working collaboratively with other staff.

In managing customers' accounts, the Accounts Receivable Assistant must ensure that all transactions, invoices, deductions and payments are reconciled and that payments are allocated correctly against the outstanding invoices.
The main purpose of this job is to ensure that invoices are issued in an accurate and timely manner and to manage the prompt and full receipt of monies due.
The role is responsible for liaising with customers to resolve any queries that could delay payment.

The role
Manage a portfolio of medium to large sized multiple client payrolls and the day-to-day administration; including RTI submissions, processing end of year forms and auto-enrolment.
Be responsible for the management and support of the Payroll Team and its performance.
