Responsibilities include
Processing of all Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger invoices to SAGE ensuring correct coding.
Ensuring all invoices and purchase orders are correctly approved before being processed for payment.
As purchase ledger assistant you will be processing high volume of invoices and liaising with departments and suppliers and working in a team of 4 in accounts payable.
