Working with the Head of People to achieve operational excellence across a global organisation with focus around delivering exceptional customer experiences with both internal and external stakeholders.
You will collaborate with the people team to implement strategy to work in line with overall business goals providing guidance on people matters to enhance business success.
The people manager will be heavily involved in leading key projects, building teams and coaching managers.
To be suitable for this role you will be an advocate for best practice and keen to develop teams as well as deliver results.
Leading a multi-disciplined engineering function, you will develop and deploy the strategy for the plants, working to improve day to day working methodologies as well and delivering strategic improvements through a suite of projects spanning all aspects of the facilities operations.
