Location: Caterham As a Qualified Accountant, you will assume responsibility for a diverse portfolio of clients, comprising FRS 102(1a) and FRS 105 owner-managed companies. Our client requires a candidate with proven expertise in practice environments, supported by robust qualifications. Your proficiency should encompass Account preparation, Audit, Management Accounts, VAT, TAX, CIS, Payroll, and Bookkeeping, with the capacity to navigate to trial balance and beyond. Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, Quickbooks, and Sage is essential for producing year-end statutory accounts adhering to FRS 105 and FRS 102 standards. Your duties will extend to the completion and submission of Corporation tax returns and P11d for companies, alongside adept handling of personal tax returns where applicable. Effective client communication is paramount; you will engage with clients via email, phone, and written correspondence, meeting their expectations with professionalism and expertise. The ideal candidate will hold ACA or ACCA qualifications, supported by a minimum of 2 years practice experience PQE. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
