The focus will be on expanding the existing client base, supported by a highly accurate and up-to-date CRM system. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in Account Management, with a deep understanding of Apprenticeships, who excels in exceeding customer expectations and building long-term partnerships, with minimal cold calling required. Key Responsibilities: Set and monitor KPIs and targets to ensure high-quality service delivery to employers and partners Maintain effective employer relationships to maximize opportunities for added-value services Provide weekly performance reports and updates Build and manage a pipeline of activities, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local, regional, and national skills agendas Engage and secure new employer clients through cross-selling techniques Conduct detailed skill needs analysis with employers to identify effective solutions for recruitment and skills development needs Advise employers on available government funding and grants for skills development Contribute to business planning and profiling of recruitment and training provisions Grow levy accounts by selling the complete range of Apprenticeship and Commercial Training, with a focus on Data Programmes Requirements of the Account Manager: Strong B2B and B2C experience within the apprenticeship market Proven track record in Account Management; recruitment experience is beneficial Experience in Learning and Development, Apprenticeships, Compliance, and Government Funded Training is essential Knowledge and experience of Data Apprenticeships is highly desirable Subject to an enhanced DBS check Contact Information: For more information, please contact Simon Atkins at .
