A prominent SaaS client of mine are seeking an account manager to join them on a remote basis, in which you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients, identifying new sales opportunities, as well as meeting or exceeding sales targets.
You will act as the main point of contact between the company and their clients, and will play an instrumental role in ensuring customer satisfaction is upheld at all times, whilst upholding retention and maximising revenue as much as possible.
