The person will be responsible for managing and developing Abbey's IT customer accounts ensuring long-term success, retention and growth.
The person will be the main point of contact addressing any issues, concerns, or requests.

Main responsibilities will include maintaining contact with existing customers, working to understand their needs and providing specific support and upselling.
