My client is a global company with over 40 years industry experience and are proven to be a real market leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking orders from customers and providing five-star customer service. Experience within a business-to-business environment is preferred but not essential! As this is an account management position you will be expected to build strong client relationships and lasting partnerships whilst helping to build their client portfolio. This is a varied position and you would be tasked with the following: Providing quotations Identifying new sales leads to pass to the sales team Dealing with a number of enquiries through various channels (email, phone) Liaising with other branches and departments Working towards set KPI's Become a product expert Whilst full training is provided previous industry or product knowledge would be advantageous, to be considered for this position you need to demonstrate the following: Excellent communicator Experience in a customer facing role Previous account manager or client relationship experience Super organised Can work with multiple systems A multi-tasker Confident in giving out live quotations Administration experience This position is fully office based and they will not consider hybrid or part time applications. Working closely with the Director you will engage with other parts of the Group to assist their Commercial and Corporate Clients with their Healthcare and Protection Insurance needs. A well respected and growing Insurance Broker is looking for another Account Executive to join its busy Healthcare & Protection team. Also you will be involved with other Account Executives when they are looking to gain new clients by explaining the additional benefits of Healthcare and Protection Insurance covers. You will also be assisting with an existing portfolio and continuing to service their needs. This is a role that can be performed totally remotely, working from home, or on a hybrid basis working from one of their Group offices throughout the UK. The business offers flexible working (and possibly reduced hours) in order to benefit from the broadest range of talent in the insurance market. Your responsibilities as Account Executive will include: Preparation of presentations and report writing to both the market and clients Providing support in the development of the Division from introductions of existing Corporate Clients of the Group Maximising client retention levels and actively cross-selling, where appropriate Developing and maintaining good relations with partner Insurers Assisting with client requests, queries and general client correspondence Processing of new business, re-brokes, scheme renewals, underwriting and claims compliantly and profitably Working to specific time deadlines and service levels Ensuring all records are kept up to date in an accurate and thorough manner To be a successful Account Executive you will demonstrate: Healthcare Insurance experience either Group Risk or PMI Confidence and experience in face to face client and Insurer meetings High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all areas of work Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks A strong work ethic
