This role is ideal for someone with a background in Sales or Customer Service Administration who is looking for an opportunity to progress within a global manufacturing company. The main purpose of this position is to support the Sales and Service teams by ensuring international customer queries and orders are handled with efficiency and precision. Day to day of the role: Answer customer enquiries via phone and email, addressing delivery and pricing questions. Raise quotations and proforma invoices. Process sales orders and match delivery notes to sales orders. Liaise with overseas suppliers to progress orders and ensure timely delivery.
