Job Purpose: Mandatory Prerequisite - Must have or be capable of qualifying for SC security clearance Working with Customer Forward Maintenance Team, Customer Technical Team, and FM Project Team (Client & internal), be the subject matter expert for all project delivery relating to mechanical services including but not limited to Boilers, Chillers, AHU's, Lab Extract Systems, Steam distribution and refrigerant. Working alongside Site Managers (SMSTS), FM Managers, internal Stakeholders, Designers, and Suppliers to deliver planned client identified project works DEFRA APHA Weybridge Campus Assemble the necessary professional services support, and construction delivery teams to support the planned annual project programmes released by DEFRA client and their APHA customer specific to that site Project implementation, delivery, documentation, supply chain, handover & warranty management aligned to the internal Operational Process Framework. Responsible for delivery in adherence to our UK Project Standards & Playbook. Responsibility for Health &Safety and CDM on relevant projects. Implementation & compliance with all statutory, internal procedures. Financial ownership and management & reporting of own projects P&L. Team development/mentoring Qualifications / Experience: TECHNICAL EXPERTISE / KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS 15-20 yrs Project Management Experience within a Mechanical discipline as a Tier 2 supplier with a proven track record in high class project management/professional service delivery. Ideally the job holder should have been educated to at least Degree, HND or equivalent full technical standard. Ideally hold a recognised qualification in project management such as RICS or APM. Technical expertise, qualifications in a recognised discipline (Fabric/Elec/Mech/Civil etc) would be an important pre-requisite of the role. Knowledge of key operational procedures, eg, project road maps, planned maintenance systems, Quality and Health & Safety.
