Area: Bromley, Kent BR1 Company: Multi-Office Independent Hours : 9am - 6pm / Mon - Friday Our clients based in Bromley,Kent are looking for a Commercial & Development Agent to be one of the key figureheads in their commercial team and help push that side of the business. The role is fast paced and varied, as your time will be split between the office, appointments, and business development. Duties will include: Assisting in the identification of commercial properties and development sites in London and the South East. Management of the marketing process. Creating opportunities for new business through direct approaches and networking. Valuing commercial properties and development sites. Taking accurate measurements of sites and writing sales/lettings particulars. Negotiating offers received from marketing campaigns. Seeking and acquiring properties on behalf of retained clients. Requirements Proven ability in meeting and exceeding targets. The ability to negotiate. Commitment to service standards. A commitment to learning and self-development. Tenacity and to be a self-starter. Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels. Be responsive to change.
