We are seeking an enthusiastic part time OD Manager (3-4 days per week) on a 9 month fixed term contract basis to play a crucial role in supporting organisational development and change initiatives.
This team will be at the forefront of driving strategic transformation and you will support culture programmes to improve staff experience and develop leadership capability to deliver a compassionate and inclusive culture.
The role
Support senior members of the team in providing a robust HR and OD service to the managers and staff through delivery of HR and OD initiatives.
The Organisational Development (OD) Facilitator will assist the OD Manager in the delivery of the learning and development plan which forms part of our people and culture strategy for employee engagement, leadership development and team effectiveness.
The successful candidate will be adaptable and innovative with the able to communicate effectively with a range of partners.
