As a Resettlement Support Officer, you will provide intensive support and advice to a caseload of individuals and / or families.
To ensure that my client is responding appropriately to its commitment to accommodate and support refugees under Resettlement Schemes.
This includes working, in partnership, with other local authority departments, Health, Education and other stakeholders to ensure that refugees arriving in Flintshire and Wrexham are supported according to their needs.
