Are currently recruiting for an experienced, (Senior) IT Operations Analyst to join this amazing UK based Charity.
The IT department are seeking a talented individual with recent and/or relevant IT Operations experience to join this growing team that supports the overall IT Operations excellence including process improvement, simplification/operational efficiency and succession planning.
Our client is seeking an Operations Analyst to join their Operations team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing business controls, implementing process improvements, and supporting project work to enhance operational efficiency and resilience.
Day to Day of the Role
Oversee business controls for functions covered by the Head of Operations, ensuring compliance and risk awareness.
This position entails providing comprehensive support to the business' end users for their daily IT needs, encompassing telecoms, networking, and server support.
Sector - Finance
As an integral part of a team you report directly to the Head of IT.
To provide desktop and remote support to users, maintain the service desk platform, software deployment, hardware configuration and provide excellent customer service.
Main Responsibilities
Triage incoming requests and incidents via email, telephone, self-service, ensuring appropriate resolutions or escalations to other teams.
Technical operations support is responsible for supporting all phases of client implementation ensuring it is managed and completed in a timely manner.
They will provide administrative and organisational support to the business as related to the on-boarding of new business, existing client implementations and operational projects.
This role effectively manages the processes associated with new client onboarding and managing updates to existing clients.
