Key responsibilities as the Compliance Manager will include: Ensuring all company procedures are adhered to at all times (i.e. Health & Safety, Employee Handbook, Quality systems, Hygiene and Housekeeping etc) Managing the supplier database to ensure all records, certifications and regulatory affairs information to regularly updated and accurate] Managing company information for Environmental activities to ensure compliance with current legislation Maintaining in-house database records Collating data from suppliers and site activities to ascertain carbon footprint and other sustainability information Implementing methods for collating and reporting data from company IT systems to support analysis and produce reports What we're looking for: Previous experience in a similar process-driven administration role with a focus on data, procedures and compliance Experience gained in a manufacturing industry is highly beneficial, preferably within the FMCG market Demonstrable experience using databases, analysing data and producing reports Sound knowledge of H&S, environmental and ethical requirements and business practices Highly organised Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels Ability to take responsibility for regulatory affairs and compliance A thorough and meticulous nature with an eye for accuracy Full, clean driving licence Interested in this Compliance Manager role? Within the role you will be handling enquiries from business customers, sales managers and suppliers, processing orders and quotations, ensuring all required administration is complete in line with export procedures and high standards of service are provided at all times. Responsibilities Handling enquiries via telephone and email Create new customer records with correct details and cost information Processing orders and quotations, deal with new & existing orders along with warranty queries and returns Issue purchase orders Handling export documentation in line with regulations Daily update of order and invoicing tracking reports, updating customer details in the CRM system Updating company systems with orders and relevant information Liaising with teams in the wider business to ensure orders are ready and shipped in line with customer requirements Tracking orders and shipments, updating trackers accordingly Managing customer relationships Update finance team regarding invoice queries and outstanding balances Day to day administration as required.
