Our client has a permanent vacancy for a Conveyancing Administrator.
The main duties of this role will be to provide an efficient and well organised administration service to new clients by opening new files and the production of standard letters and documents as directed.
This is a full-time role, providing first class support to a very busy Residential Conveyancing Team.
You will be working as part of a large team in an open plan, fast paced office environment, providing administration support to the Account Managers and making sure that the orders taken by the project team arrive in a timely fashion, pass through the operations department as required and are dispatched to the customer as required.

Main Duties will include
Dealing with an existing customer base of business clients.
You will definitely have experience with looking at part numbers and be able to suggest alternative parts or suppliers if not available and you will not be afraid of admin.
You may have worked on Special Projects or as a Commercial or Technology manager?
