Our client, a well established and rapidly expanding employee benefits consultancy, is currently looking to recruit an Employee Benefits Operations Support to join their growing operational team.
You will be responsible for supporting the Head of Operations and broader operations team with change, delivery and ongoing maintenance projects within their growing employee benefits division.
You will support with the production of consistent documentation such as process flow diagrams, training manuals, template letters etc.
Purchase ledger clerk required to ensure that all supplier invoices are processed within the targets set by the businesses.
Also you will be actioning weekly payruns.
You will be dealing with branch and supplier queries professionally and will be responsible for a range of supplier accounts and communicating with them to build relationships.
Carry out reminder calls to customers for appointments
Fully manage each day's appointment sessions
To co-ordinate and oversee the day to day operation of the Assessment Centre, managing sessions to optimise productivity and customer service, meeting and greeting all customers and visitors and working with clinical colleagues to ensure smooth running of assessments across all relevant channels.
