Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a part-time Purchase Ledger Clerk.
The primary responsibility of this role will be to manage the purchase ledger system, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all purchase transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Process purchase invoices, credit notes, and expense claims accurately and efficiently.
I am working with a reputable client who is looking for a Time Clerk to join their Teesside team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the construction industry and entering time data would be an advantage but not a necessity, they would also be available to start at short note or immediately.
Responsibilities
Keep track of when employees clock in using the system and enter this data into our internal software.
Working Pattern: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with a 30 minute lunch.
