Job Title: Deployment Coordinator (CMS) FTC: £40,000 Hybrid: London / Leeds / Birmingham Job Description: As a CMS Deployment Coordinator, you will take charge of supporting the implementation and ongoing management of our new Contract Management System (CMS) for Passenger Service's Rail Contracts. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless user adoption and providing continuous support to our Contract Management, Market, and Train Operating Company (TOC) teams. You will serve as the dedicated point of contact for users, ensuring that project objectives and service level agreements (SLAs) are met promptly. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with internal teams and industry partners, driving successful system integration and utilization. Key Responsibilities: Support the planning and execution of the new CMS implementation. Receive training within the Systems Team for managing Jaggaer and deliver tailored training for the new system. Coordinate quarterly Jagger releases testing and collaborate with Passenger Services and Jaggaer to address any arising issues. Lead the helpdesk function, addressing requests that necessitate system configuration changes. Collaborate with other Systems Managers to ensure coordinated configuration changes without negative impacts on stakeholders. Ensure compliance with the Department's Cyber Security Policy regarding permissions and data control. Timely updates to the system to facilitate smooth Rail Contracts management. Coordinate the Jaggaer Continuous Improvement group's management in alignment with other Systems Managers. Address evolving business needs by mapping processes, identifying technical solutions, coordinating testing, developing training, and releasing new functions. Collaborate effectively to implement changes recommended by Cabinet Office and Regulation reform requirements. Person Specification: About You: Previous experience in implementing a Source to Contract system and operating a service desk function for system support. Excellent interpersonal skills to confidently engage with multiple teams and industry partners, conducting training sessions and providing ongoing support. Proven ability to collaborate with various partners and establish positive relationships to achieve desired outcomes.
