Ability to understand broader business initiatives and be seen as an advisor to key business stakeholders. A deep understanding of the business and the ability to find and assess critical talent. Be an ambassador in all candidate or external communications. Knowledge of current market conditions and influencers, creative sourcing strategies, business drivers and ability to embrace digital tools and technology to enhance your sourcing efforts. Qualifications Candidates should possess: 5 years of professional work experience 3 years of sourcing experience in an corporation or agency setting (preferably both) Bachelor's degree, or equivalent life and military/business experience Proficient with Microsoft Office, or equivalent Proficient with Social Media and digital tools Familiar with current laws/legal requirement concerning recruitment and employment, EEO, ADA, labor relations, etc.
