Your role will be to manage on a day-to-day basis, a team of trade operatives within a Social Housing setting to ensure that the correct repairs are undertaken safely and within the specified timescales.
The ideal candidate would be from a trade background with experience in dealing with direct employees and dealing with any employee issues.
DUTIES
Ensuring that repairs are undertaken efficiently and cost-effectively, enabling efficient use of the team and compliance with Health and safety policies.
