The Marketing Manager will deliver effective marketing campaigns and will be based in our marketing and administration hub in North Oxford as well as being a regular visitor to the other sites.
You will be working with our regional marketing teams and have access to excellent support and professional development.
The maximum distance between sites is a 30-minute walk.

Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager
Driving initiatives and activities to grow enquiries and visits, including partnering with our global recruitment team to generate applications from families in the UK and abroad.
Supporting retention activities by creating and sharing engaging content about for existing families through a variety of channels.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the main tasks include developing, planning and executing holistic and comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to develop customer awareness, knowledge and understanding, through a series of marketing elements that take the customer on a journey that brings them closer to the organisation.
