CMS Content Editor Full Time £35,000. 5 day working week, 4 days in office. Start date ASAP My client is a London based marketing agency, who is looking for a CMS Content Editor to support them across their existing team. Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day management of 'business as usual' requests within the CMS, including content page builds and troubleshooting. Manage new product launches, financial offers, campaigns, and resolve technical issues within the CMS. Take ownership of JIRA tickets, resolving technical troubleshooting issues and escalating through appropriate channels and teams. Conduct regular technical housekeeping to ensure tidy folder structures and content organisation. Ensure all content is thoroughly checked for grammatical errors, visual anomalies, and technical issues, and raise issues with internal or external teams via JIRA. Work closely with the content team, participating in daily stand-ups with the Project Manager and Content Director. Collaborate with full stack development teams and Scrum Masters, feeding into meetings as required. Attend client offices for regular meetings, providing client-facing support and updates. Requirements: Demonstrated ability to carry out complex web builds efficiently using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Comfortable with selecting templates, components, and modules, adding content, and troubleshooting technical issues such as copy, images, video, carousels, and metadata. Proficient with JIRA, ensuring statuses are up to date, briefs are linked to related issues, correctly tagged, and aligned with client requirements. Experience working with full stack development teams, and agile teams, with a capability to work in a client-facing role. Ability to work with databases, and ideally experience with headless CMS and content migration. Willingness to attend the London office four days a week and support content management across various BBH clients.
