All of the positions we recruit are permanent (entry through to board level) in disciplines across event management and production, design, creative, account management, sales and technical production. We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team and help us both solidify our market position and grow even further. Home working: Our rather fabulous offices are open all week to every team member, but generally we work from home 3 days a week. We're a fab team who see the value in being together regularly, so you'd need to be able to commute to our Birmingham office (Bennetts Hill) on 2 set days a week. The role After an initial period of training in how we work as a business (systems / tools etc) you will either join one of our existing teams specialising in one of our key areas of expertise, or utilise your existing experience to open up new (aligned) areas for us. Either way you'll have the full support of all of our teams / people to ensure your success. This is a broad role: - Developing a deep understanding of the clients business - Offering a consultative approach to all client briefs - Utilising extensive in house resources to identify talent - Interviewing and submitting candidates - Working closely with internal teams: resourcing, sales, marketing - Driving your own activity to ensure targets are reached What do we look for? We're looking for candidates who have experience within a permanent recruitment agency. Our approach is highly service oriented, so you must be able to demonstrate that you work with clients on a consultative rather than transactional (portal based) basis. Experience within the events, marketing and design / creative areas would be advantageous, although we would be open to candidates who have worked within aligned sectors. Attitude. You must have a team orientated approach to everything you do (not that usual in recruitment we know) as we don't have any office politics, no candidate hiding and all of the other terrible things you find in some agencies.
