Red Snapper Recruitment are recruiting for a Neighbourhood Visiting Officer role based in Birmingham.
The successful applicant will assist the Housing Officer to deliver a consistent, excellent, reliable, customer focussed Housing Management undertaking the full range of housing management duties which may vary according to the size and profile of the area.
The successful applicant will be working 36.5 hours per week, and will be paying £13.20 per hour.
Due to our continued growth we are recruiting for a Civil Enforcement Officer (also known as an on-street parking attendant or traffic warden) to join our Transportation team.
You will be patrolling local roads and streets and key car parking locations advising the public of where they can park safely and securely issuing enforcement tickets to incorrectly parked vehicles reporting suspected abandoned vehicles and dealing with enquiries from the members of the public.

Anti-Social Behaviour Case Investigation Officer with previous experience in managing ASB cases or housing management and preparing court and legal documents is required to join a well-established housing association based in Staines, Surrey.
