This customer focused role encompasses all aspects of residential lettings, ranging from dealing with customers and clients to assisting in the management of properties on behalf of owners whilst carrying out general office reception/administration duties.

The post holder will take ownership of all relevant administrative duties, working alongside the property and asset management team providing efficient, high level support, including management of health and safety compliance, invoicing and client management, anti-money laundering checks and other compliance due diligence, call handling, typing and preparation of communications and documents, maintenance of file systems, diary management and other administrative duties as required.
