We have an opportunity for a Full Time Income Officer to join our Customer Accounts team in Christchurch, covering parts of Hampshire and Southampton areas.
You'll work hybrid, 2 days in the office, from home and onsite with customers.
The role
As an Income Officer you'll carry out a range of tasks including negotiating payment arrangements with customers, providing welfare benefit and money advice, and preparing applications for court.
Hours per week: Monday to Friday - 08:00 -17:00 - 40 hours per week
