Seven Resourcing are looking for a Pest control officer to work with Westminster Council.
This is a full-time position, and we are paying £20.33 Paye and £25.47 umbrella per hour for this role.
The role
To discharge the Council's statutory obligations under the Public Health Act 1936 and the Prevention of Damage by Pests Act 1949 ensure that, so far as is practicable, the City of Westminster is kept free from rats, mice, and other vermin.
" The Home Purchase and Acquisitions Officer is responsible for financial assessments for potential homeowners and ensuring the smooth transition into their new homes.
Additionally, the Officer will be required to liaise with internal stakeholders, such as the Housing Development Team, to identify opportunities for new acquisitions and ensure that all property purchases align with the Council's strategic objectives.
The role also includes the management of a small, shared ownership portfolio including stair-casing and the collection of service charges and rent.
