Our client are currently seeking a Social Media Officer to join them on a permanent basis.
They are based in Halesworth.
What does the role entail
Manage social media channel accounts and content: for example Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and new platforms as they become available.
In this role it will be your duty to enhance community safety and tackle anti-social behaviour.
Additionally, you will offer support to residents to foster a safe and harmonious living environment.
In this vital role, You will conduct thorough investigations of complaints, handle casework, and implement suitable legal measures to uphold tenancy conditions.
My client is seeking an experienced Anti- Social Behaviour Officer to be able to successfully manage their own patch of estates in order to monitor and reduce ASB cases.
The Officer will be responsible for keeping accurate, up to date records of all actions taken.
The client understands the pressures of the position and is keen to support all team members in a comfortable working condition.
Have you worked as a Police Officer or a PCSO / Police Community Support Officer, been involved in investigating complex cases (ideally ABS) or managed ASB cases within the Housing Sector or Local Authority Setting?
Anti-Social Behaviour Case Investigation Officer with previous experience in managing ASB cases or housing management and preparing court and legal documents is required to join a well-established housing association based in Staines, Surrey.
