Role Overview At Nest, our goal is to become 'data enabled' by harnessing data and insights to drive our business strategy, improve member outcomes, manage risks, and enhance efficiency. We are looking for an experienced HR Data Visualisation & Reporting Analyst who can demystify data for a diverse range of stakeholders. If you have a talent for translating complex data into simple, actionable insights, this role could be perfect for you! In this exciting role, you will: Actively contribute to improving HR data analytics across the business. Drive increased engagement, performance, and company results. Review KPIs, analyse metrics, and manipulate data from multiple sources for comparative analysis and audits. Oversee the end-to-end employee data cycle, ensuring accurate insights in areas such as onboarding, culture, performance, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I). Initially, you will report to the Head of Operations, working in partnership with the People & Development (P&D) and Data, Analytics & Customer Insight (DACI) teams. This role is expected to transition to the DACI team by the end of 2024. To be successful in this position, you will need: Experience in HR Systems and Management Information, preferably within Professional Services. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience in report writing and data visualization using PowerBI. A sound understanding of wider HR systems, including employee engagement portals, Learning Management Systems, and Recruitment (Applicant Tracking) systems. This role will initially be in the P&D working closely with the DACI team to partner, manage and analyse the people and operational data.
