We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant on behalf of a key client based in Burgess Hill this is to provide comprehensive support to a senior executive.
The ideal candidate will be adept at managing schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring efficient operation of the executive's daily activities.
Day-to-day of the role
Manage and organise the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
This may be troubleshooting, filing, dealing with contractors etc
The client wants to make this a varied role by doing the meet and greet receptionist role, answering the phones etc together with Admin and office management
Or client is a successful and well established multi branch Financial Planning company and they are currently looking for an experienced Receptionist who has also run an office
