My client, a southeast London local authority, seek an experienced Executive Assistant to support at Director level.
Main Purpose of the job
Act as trusted a partner and adviser to an Executive Director, supporting them to make well informed operational and policy decisions.
Provide efficient, modern and appropriate administrative support to the Council's Senior Leadership Team, through direct support to an Executive Director and through line management of two Executive Support Officers.
Our client, a high profile property management organisation are currently on the search for a Building Caretaker to oversee a large residential site in Peckham.
The role will involve working across 5/7 days a week including weekends (2 in 4).
Main Responsibilities for the Building Caretaker
To undertake daily checks of premises (to include lighting, heating, fire extinguishers etc) against a set checklist, reporting the findings to the Residence Manager.
Must have experience of working in a revenues environment Excellent Council Tax knowledge of council tax administration - billing, discounts & exemption and recovery
Excellent communication skills Flexible experience of dealing with challenging customers - major call centre element
