Our Client is a Chemical Distribution Company. They currently have a vacancy for an Office Administrator. This position will be Office Based near Bracknell, Berkshire and is a Full-Time 18 Month Contract reporting to the Office & Quality Manager (OQM). Key Responsibilities Assisting with reception duties including answering phone calls, dealing with incoming deliveries, greeting visitors and providing refreshments for in house meetings / training Assisting the OQM with project research and implementation across a variety of areas of our UK and Nordic companies. These tasks may involve contacting and responding to third parties via phone and email, understanding a brief, undertaking independent research and then presenting the information found in a clear manner for further development Assisting the OQM with general duties, including but not restricted to - IT day to day requirements - arranging equipment for new starters, replacements for existing staff, assisting with conference room media equipment, maintaining internal IT inventories Fleet Management including arranging vehicle servicing of pool cars Facilities Management including liaising with third parties as instructed and monthly invoice checking Document control in line with ISO Nine Thousand and One (2015) Making updates to company policies / procedures as instructed, documenting changes made and recording staff acknowledgements Incident management including data entry and assisting with the preparation of divisional reports GDPR document control HR company documentation updates and liaising with training providers The monthly charity draw and making donations to selected charity Assisting OQM to signpost staff to third party support services Assisting other Office Administrators with sample despatch, procurement and stock control Assisting the Marketing Team in the despatch of marketing campaigns Providing ad-hoc admin support to other areas of the business including Logistics, Sales and Finance Qualifications / Experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills GCSE English and Maths at pass level Basic skills in Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to multitask and prioritise with supervision Positive, approachable "can do" attitude Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new skills A team player In return our Client is offering a basic salary of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum plus benefits.
